After breakfast, we will drive to the coastline to Rabat. The city is one of the imperial cities in Morocco, and the current capital. It’s located in the northwest of Morocco. You will visit the Highlights of the city including the Hassan tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. And also The Kasbah of Oudaya. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon direction of Chefchaouen, it’s a city located in the Rif mountains, in the northwestern part of Morocco. It’s known for the spectacular blue buildings of different shades of its old town, as well as for its sloping cobbled streets, full of looms and leather goods.

After breakfast, we will drive to visit the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. It’s well preserved, as it’s recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It has many beautiful mosaics scattered here and there, along with ancient pillars and archways. After strolling in the ruins, we drive 30 km to visit Meknes, the Ismaili capital and one of the imperial cities. In which we visit Bab Al Mansour, Sahrij Souani basin, the Royal stables, the granary and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Then Continuation to Fes.
Free day with a local guide we start the day by visiting Fes. After breakfast we will start the route trip towards the Desert passing through the university city of Ifrane, better known as the Moroccan Switzerland, and for being one of the favorite cities of the King of Morocco together with the landscapes of the Atlas until we reach the Ziz Valley, an extensive palm grove. Continuation to Erfoud, the gateway to the Desert and from there we arrive at the Desert of Merzouga where we relax in the Hotel opposite and walk to the dunes.
We will leave the Hotel after having our breakfast. We’ll continue exploring the area, we visit the village of the Gnawi people, originally slaves from Sudan, to experience their music and lifestyle Khamlia village. Near this village, you can see the lake of Merzouga, with its flamingos. Also visit the nomad wirehouse where many Berber handicrafts are selling their product for good prices. Visit in their handmade woven tent. Learn how they live while drinking Berber tea. Our next destination is the. Free time for lunch in a restaurant.
After that we took a stroll in a palm tree grove. When we reach the Erg Chebbi sand dunes you switch to camels, to cross the heart of the Sahara Desert. Then a stop will be made for you on top of a big dune to observe the fantastic sunset. Then continue to the camp which is a combination between the traditional tents of nomads and the luxury Camp. In the campsite you enjoy the Berber drums music while dancing around the campfire, under the open sky of million stars. Dinner Overnight stay in a Luxury camp.
If you’re not a sleepy person, wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise and without missing the opportunity to see a sunrise that in few places is enjoyed like that. After breakfast, we will say goodbye to the Desert Sahara and return with the dromedaries to the place where our transport awaits us to take the route to the Dades Valley, we will go to Rissani, one of the oldest markets in Morocco and it’s the former commercial capital of the country. If the weather allows it and if it’s market day, we can make a stop to witness the local commercial exchanges.
After a journey we will arrive at Tinghir, where the spectacular Todra Gorges are located. The Todra riverbed has formed a gorge with vertical walls of enormous proportions and great beauty. It’s a paradise for climbers and a unique place, perched at 1,360 meters of altitude. Free time to explore and walk. Dinner Overnight stay in Valle de Dades.
After breakfast, we continued our trip to Kalaa M’gouna, to visit the Rose valley. A Rose Festival is held annually in May. Where the locals offer their rose products, from perfumes, rose water, oil, to cosmetic products. We then drive through the palm groves of Skoura. Later, we reach Ouarzazate, also known as the gate of the Desert. We will visit the studios, in which famous movies were shot.
Thereafter we departed to visit the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. A fortified village recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Furthermore, Kasbah has appeared in many movies including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy…etc. And TV series including Game Of Thrones.Then we continue to Marrakech driving through the Tizi N’tichka pass, and also the spectacular High Atlas Mountains. Stops will be made for lunch, and to take pictures at interesting spots. We will arrive in Marrakech and transfer to Hotel Or Raid where you will spend the night.

After breakfast, we leave Marrakech towards the Ouzoud Waterfalls, they are the most impressive waterfalls in North Africa. The landscape and the freshness that is breathed make the trip worthwhile, it’s located about 170 km from Marrakech to the northeast of the city. Morocco’s most famous waterfalls are well worth the 150 kilometer drive from Marrakech.
After the village of Ouzoud and it’s numerous taverns, the descent begins following a path in good condition and dotted with olive trees, before reaching the foot of the waterfalls and with an approximate height of 110 meters, its waters fall bouncing off the steps, projecting fine drops that form a permanent rainbow. Here you can surrender to the pleasures of bathing, watching the procession of the Rhesus Macaques Atlas monkeys. On this visit you will be able to enjoy the local flora and fauna. It’s common to find small monkeys and eat in beautiful beach bars with views of the waterfalls. Free time to enjoy the place and in the afternoon return to Marrakech.
After breakfast, we leave Marrakech for Essaouira, a port city on the Atlantic coast, called Mogador, well kept in the Berber language, probably because it’s so well protected thanks to its long walls. Essaouira has that exotic and at the same time familiar air, accompanied by the incessant squawking of the seagulls that fly over the city. At first it might seem that you are in a city in French Brittany, however, once you go beyond its walls it is an infinitely Moroccan city. Essaouira is known for its medina declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it’s also known for its artists who work the Tuya tree that produces good wood, the money souk.
The last day of the trip was a 13 days tour from Casablanca to Marrakech via the Sahara Desert via imperial cities. After breakfast, transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech on the way for 2 hours, we will arrive at Marrakech Airport gate where we leave you. End of our services in Marrakech.
