8 days touring from Errachidia to south discovering sahara deserts / Travel to live nomadic life in sahara dunes and sahara mountains in 8 days and 7 nights
1 day : Errachidia – Tinghir – Boumalne Dades gorges.
Start from Errachidia airport, via Gulmima, Tinjdad, Tinghir, Todra gorges and Boumalne Dades gorges overnight in Riad/hotel.
2 day : Boumlane Dades gorges – Ait Ben Haddou.
Boumalne Dades gorges, Roses Valley, kasbah Amridil. Ouarzazate in order to visit kasbah taourirt, Atlas studios, Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah
After breakfast in the hotel we’ll drive through the Dades Valley or Asif N’dades in Tamazight (berber), towards Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The route through Dades Valley is the way of the thousand Kasbahs – providing numerous opportunities to take some of your best photographic shots of the trip. We’ll stop at Kalaat Mgouna, “the rose city”, to purchase rosewater, which will make your linen smell good a long time after your trip is over. Continue to Ouarzazate via the Amridil Kasbah, one of the last Berber chieftains during the 18th century, now the Kasbah is a house of many Glaoui people. Overnight in Ouarzazate or Ait Ben Haddou.
3 day : Ait Ben Haddou – Zagora.
From Ouarzazate to Zagora, via Ait Saoune, Agdez, Draa Valley, Tamegroute pottery overnight in Riad/hotel.
4 day: Zagora – Tafraoute Sidi Ali.
Start from Zagora to Tafraoute Sidi Ali, throught Mejran, Kem -Kem, some stop with nomadic families, then reach to Tafraoute Sidi Ali overnight in desert camp or Riad/hotel.
5 Day: Full day in Tafraoute Sidi Ali
After shower and Breakfast, we start our tour, visit different places geological and through different panoramic view: Jebel Zireg , Jebel Ras Khemmouna, Ksar Ba Hallou Jebel otfal and Jebel Mrakib:
a) Jebel Zireg , Jebel Ras Khemmouna is a is a mountain ridge at the southern edge of the Mader basin places geological and Panoramic view, Various formations from the lower, and middle devonian are accessible, and many layers are commercially excavated mines , more that our grandfathers working in small mines of lead ore, Barite ore and Copper ore.
Day 6 : Tafraoute Sidi Ali – M’hamid :
Our 7th day will take us again into the Sahara Desert as we drive south to M’hamid.
Day 7 : M’hamid – Chegaga Dunes :
From the Sahara town of M’hamid, our 7th day on the road gets you to Chegaga Dunes where you’ll sleep in a typical nomad bivouac.
Day 8 : Chegaga Dunes – Ouarzazate :
On the 8th and last day we drive north back to Ouarzazate.
